Frequently asked questions about pricing

Are all modules really included in the price?

Yes. For 49 € net per user and month you get every module. New modules and the coming-soon modules (Meetings, Calendar, and Works) are included automatically once released, at no extra cost. There are no hidden add-ons, no activation fees and no pricing tiers.

How much storage does my team get?

10 GB of document storage per customer is included, regardless of team size and without tiering. Storage can be expanded on request, just get in touch.

What happens if I exceed the quota?

At 80 % the team admin receives an email notification, at 95 % a banner additionally appears in the dashboard. At 100 % new uploads are blocked, but existing files remain readable at all times. Documents subject to GoBD retention stay accessible even when the quota is full.

What does AI usage cost?

The AI modules are fully included in the 49 € plan. The AI runs on our own infrastructure in Germany (Qwen3, self-hosted), without external AI providers and at no extra cost. You do not need to bring your own API keys.

Is the 49 € net or gross?

Net. 49 € per user per month plus statutory VAT (currently 19 % in Germany). For B2B customers in other EU member states with a valid VAT ID we issue the invoice without VAT (reverse charge).

How can I cancel?

Cancellable monthly, effective at the end of the month. After cancellation: 90 days of retention with full export (data, files and configuration as a ZIP).
