Where is my data stored?
Exclusively in Germany. DARION-AI hosts at Hetzner in Nuremberg (NBG1) and Falkenstein (FSN1). Both are ISO-27001 certified, with cross-data-center mirroring for disaster recovery. No US cloud, no sub-processors outside the EU.
Which AI models do you use and where do they run?
We self-host Qwen3-30B on our own GPU servers at Hetzner (Falkenstein and Nuremberg, Germany), with a local Qwen3-14B fallback. Embeddings via self-hosted BGE-M3. Sensitive tenant data never leaves DARION-AI infrastructure, and no external AI vendors are involved.
How does GDPR compliance work in practice?
Database-level tenant isolation (Postgres Row-Level Security), AES-256 encryption for Art. 9 data, complete audit trail, automatic 30-day deletion on cancellation. A data processing agreement (DPA) is part of every contract.
Can I try DARION-AI before buying?
Yes, 14 days free with all modules. No credit card required. The trial period ends automatically, without cancellation and at no cost; a paid contract is only created if you explicitly conclude one.
What happens to my data when the contract ends?
After your contract ends, you can still export your data for 30 days, for example as a spreadsheet file or via the interface; during this time access is read-only. After that, all your data is permanently deleted. On request, we confirm the deletion to you in writing.
Which integrations are available?
DATEV (accounting), Microsoft 365 (mail/calendar), Google Workspace, and generic REST APIs for every module. Custom webhook subscriptions are supported.
Is DARION-AI available yet?
Yes, since September 3, 2026. You can try DARION-AI free for 14 days and without a credit card, simply sign up at darion-ai.de.
Which modules are currently available?

What does DARION-AI cost?
DARION-AI costs €49 net per user per month. All modules are included, including upcoming ones. There are no tiers, no add-ons and no hidden fees. You can find all details at darion-ai.de/en/pricing.
When do Voice and AI RAG Chat ship?
The AI RAG chat ships from September 2026 in 5 pilot modules with vector knowledge search and document Q&A. AI inbound telephony follows from October 2026 as an opt-in: inbound calls land as tickets and an AI voice assistant answers standard inquiries on the phone. Details at /en/docs/roadmap.
