Where is my data stored?
Exclusively in Germany. DARION-AI hosts at Hetzner in Nuremberg (NBG1) and Falkenstein (FSN1) — both ISO-27001 certified, with cross-data-center mirroring for disaster recovery. No US cloud, no sub-processors outside the EU.
Which AI models do you use and where do they run?
We self-host Qwen3-30B on two GPU servers at Hetzner (Falkenstein, Germany). Embeddings via self-hosted TEI BGE-M3. Multi-vendor routing through LiteLLM (no external vendor lock-in). Sensitive tenant data never leaves DARION-AI infrastructure. External vendors (Mistral, OpenAI) are optional fallbacks only — under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements, tenant-controlled.
How does GDPR compliance work in practice?
Database-level tenant isolation (Postgres Row-Level Security), AES-256 encryption for Art. 9 data, complete audit trail, automatic 30-day deletion on cancellation. A data processing agreement (DPA) is part of every contract.
Can I try DARION-AI before buying?
Yes, 14 days free with all modules. No credit card required. You can cancel any time during the trial period.
What happens to my data when the contract ends?
You keep full access for 30 days to export your data (CSV, JSON, API). After that, all tenant data is permanently deleted. You receive a GDPR Art. 17 confirmation by email.
Which integrations are available?
DATEV (accounting), Stripe (payments), Microsoft 365 (mail/calendar), Google Workspace, and generic REST APIs for every module. Custom webhook subscriptions are supported.
When does the soft launch happen?
Soft launch is June 2, 2026. From that date the public free trial is bookable through darion-ai.de — 14 days, no credit card. Until then, the beta phase runs with 9 tier-1 design partners from our waitlist. Sign up on the homepage to get into the first soft-launch wave.
Which modules are currently available?

What does DARION-AI cost?

When do Voice and AI RAG Chat ship?
Voice module from September 2026 (LiveKit + Whisper STT + Chatterbox TTS + Twilio SIP — inbound calls as tickets, AI voice bot for standard inquiries). AI RAG chat (assistant-ui) also September in 5 pilot modules with vector knowledge search and document Q&A. Details at /en/docs/roadmap.
