Module 17 of 20
AvailableAll reports in one view: no switching between modules
See on a single page how many reports run across all modules, which dashboards are shared, which exports run on a schedule and where runs failed last week. The built-in AI helper flags stale reports and suggests archiving. GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted in Nuremberg. 49 euros per user per month all-in, no per-module licence fees.
What Reporting does
Cross-module dashboard management
All dashboards in your account at a glance: shared boards visible to the whole team and private boards only you use. The default dashboard that loads first on login you set directly in the overview. You see at once how many widgets a board has, who created it and whether it is shared or private. New dashboards you create without switching modules, existing ones you open with one click. No more manual searching across different modules, no duplicate boards caused by missing visibility across team boundaries.
Active reports from all modules in one view
Reports from Finance, HR, Sales, Projects, Assets and ISMS appear in a single unified list. For each report you see the source module, visibility (private, shared, public), last run time and owner. Filters by module or visibility reduce the list to what matters. Reports that have never been executed are clearly marked. You recognise at a glance which reports are actively used and which you can clean up, without opening each module individually.
Scheduled exports with cron control
Exports that should run automatically on a schedule you set up once and then see permanently in the reporting overview. You can see immediately how many schedules are active, which reports they apply to and when the next run is planned. Broken or disabled schedules stand out at once. PDF and CSV export are supported. The built-in AI helper gives a notice when schedules point to reports that have had no successful run for weeks.
Run history with success rate and average runtime
The reporting overview aggregates all report runs from the last 30 days across all modules. You see the overall success rate as a percentage, the average runtime per run and the number of failed runs in the last 7 days. The 14-day trend chart shows successful, failed and timeout runs per day. This lets you spot patterns: a report that frequently fails on Monday morning suggests a resource bottleneck you can investigate in a targeted way.
AI insights: detect stale reports and failure patterns
The built-in AI helper evaluates run data automatically and shows you concrete hints directly in the dashboard. Reports that have not been executed for over 30 days are flagged with an archiving recommendation. Failed runs in the last 7 days carry a log hint so you do not have to search each module individually. When a default dashboard is set, the AI helper confirms this actively. Insights appear without manual requests and keep your reporting landscape clean, without you having to read logs every day.
Activity feed: runs, exports and shares in real time
The activity feed shows the latest events around reports and dashboards in chronological order: executed reports, started CSV exports, shared reports and scheduled exports. You see at a glance who ran or shared which report and when, without searching for audit entries in individual modules. The feed makes daily team handovers easier and gives the team lead immediate confirmation of whether critical reports have already run today.
Who uses this module
CEO
On Monday morning you want to know in two minutes whether all important reports ran cleanly over the weekend before you walk into the management meeting. In the reporting overview you see immediately the overall success rate for the last 30 days, the number of failed runs in the last 7 days and whether the default dashboard is set correctly. The AI helper actively flags when reports have not run for over 30 days, so you can remove stale reports from the landscape. No clicking through five modules, no call to the team lead: you see what matters on one page and can answer confidently in the meeting without having dug through the logs yourself beforehand.
Team lead
As a team lead you own several reporting strands across Finance, Projects and HR. The reporting overview gives you the overview each morning: which schedules are active, which reports failed yesterday, which dashboard the team uses most. When a cron-scheduled export has been timing out for three days, you spot it in the trend chart and can intervene precisely before the monthly tax-advisor export fails. You share reports with new team members with one click and see in the activity feed immediately who triggered which export. Fewer questions in the team, more time for the actual analysis.
Employee
You work as a controller and manage dozens of reports across different modules. Until now you opened each module individually every day to check whether your scheduled exports had run. With the reporting overview you see all your reports and schedules on one page: last run time, success or failure, visibility. When the AI helper flags a report as stale, you can decide straight away whether to archive it or reactivate the schedule. Export results as PDF or CSV you retrieve from the overview without switching to the respective module. Your daily routine takes five minutes instead of twenty.
