What Meetings does
Video and voice meetings right in the browser
Start meetings with one click, no plugin and no extra software. Video and audio run over a WebRTC infrastructure that is self-hosted in the EU, so your conversations never leave the European legal area. Screen sharing, mute and a participant list are built in. You can schedule meetings or start them spontaneously; the invitation link works in every participant's browser, even without an account for external guests.
AI minutes with decisions and tasks
The built-in AI helper transcribes the meeting, summarizes it in a structured way and extracts decisions and tasks with an owner. After the meeting you get clean minutes that you share directly or hand over to other modules. Processing is Qwen3-based and self-hosted in the EU, with no data flowing to third countries. The transcript is searchable, so you can find an agreement again even weeks later.
Courses with lessons and progress tracking
Build structured courses from lessons, videos and materials for your team or your customers. Participants work through them at their own pace, and progress is recorded per lesson. You see at a glance who has completed which course, ideal for onboarding and mandatory training. Completions can be exported as proof and interlock with the HR module.
Webinars with registration and recording
Run webinars with a registration page, participant management and optional recording. Prospects register via a link, you see the registration list live and start the broadcast when it begins. You store recordings GDPR-compliant with a retention period and make them available afterwards. This way you also reach the participants who could not attend the live session.
Tenant isolation and role-based permissions
Every meeting, every course and every webinar belongs to exactly one account. The separation is enforced by the database via Row-Level Security, so nobody sees another company's meetings. Through the permissions module.meetings and module.webinars (each read and write) you control who may create and manage meetings and webinars and who only takes part. Assignment runs through the existing team roles owner, admin and member.
GDPR-compliant recording and retention
Recordings and transcripts are only created with documented consent and stored on servers in Germany. Retention periods expire automatically and deletions are logged. Sensitive content never leaves the EU, so there is no Schrems II risk. For an access request under Art. 15 GDPR or a deletion under Art. 17 GDPR the system produces the proof with a log, without you manually collecting recordings.

During the conversation you can share your screen, and after the meeting you get the AI minutes with your tasks. You complete your mandatory courses at your own pace; progress is saved automatically, so at your next login you continue where you left off. If you miss a webinar, you simply watch the recording later.
