Everyone on the team sees their appointments in week, day, month and agenda views, moves them by drag-and-drop and creates new ones with a single click on the grid. What is new compared to a classic calendar is the scheduling coordination: you see your colleagues' availability as pure free/busy, without their content, and the system suggests common free slots. A confirmed appointment can optionally become a video meeting with a join link. Everything is built natively, tenant-separated, GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted at Hetzner.
What Calendar does
Week, day, month and agenda at a glance
Every user sees their calendar in four views: week as the desktop default with a time grid and current-time line, day for focus, month for the overview and agenda as a list for mobile. You move and extend appointments by drag-and-drop, and you create a new one by clicking or dragging directly on the grid. The last chosen view is remembered per user, and on a phone you start in the agenda automatically.
Appointment types with their own colours
You define your own appointment types per company, each with a colour and a label, for example Internal, Customer, Meeting, Focus time or Private. That way you see at a glance what an appointment is about, and every type also carries its rules for duration, notice and buffer. The colour scheme follows your design automatically, light or dark, without any setup.
See availability without reading other people's appointments
This is the heart of scheduling coordination: a free/busy overlay shows when colleagues are free or busy, but never their titles or content. The separation is technically enforced, not just hidden, and everyone can opt out of being visible. So you plan realistically while privacy inside the team stays intact.
Find-a-time instead of email ping-pong
You enter a time range, a duration and the participants, and the system computes the common free slots and highlights the best suggestions. One click turns a suggestion into a draft appointment and notifies everyone. For external guests there is also a link-based poll, where the winning slot automatically becomes a real appointment. The endless back and forth to find a time is gone.
Recurring events, time zones and reminders
You create recurring appointments as a series, the system handles daylight saving correctly and lets you move or cancel single instances of the series. Reminders arrive across channels as an in-app notice, a web push or an email, with the lead time you set. Anyone working across time zones sees every appointment reliably in their own time.
From the appointment straight into the video meeting
You turn a confirmed appointment into a video meeting with a single switch: the join link is created automatically, internal participants join from the calendar and guests through a secure link. Recording always requires explicit consent, captured cleanly per meeting. The media server runs in the EU, and if video is not active there is simply no button at all, and nothing breaks.

Your team still coordinates through Outlook, hallway calls and email chains, and meetings collide anyway. With the calendar you see the team's workload as free/busy, without looking into anyone else's appointments, and find-a-time proposes common slots instantly. Scheduling, the video meeting and the reminder all live in the same account as projects, HR and accounting, tenant-separated and GDPR-compliant. No extra calendar tool, no data scattered across several providers.
Team lead
You need to find a meeting for five people at short notice and do not want to write seven emails. You open find-a-time, enter the duration and participants and pick the best of the suggested free slots. One click creates the appointment and sends the invitations and reminders. If you need video, you enable it on the appointment and the join link is there immediately. Your team members see the appointment in their own time zone and view.
Employee
You want to run your day without switching context. In the calendar you see your week with colour-coded appointment types, block a focus slot by dragging on the grid and quickly add a customer appointment. You join the meeting straight from the appointment, without hunting for a separate link. Your reminders arrive in time as a push or an email, and whatever you do not want to share stays a plain busy block for colleagues, with no details.
