How do I pay in the customer shop?

Classic B2B style at the start: by invoice or by quote. You order standard services directly, request individually priced ones and receive a quote valid for 14 days. You do not need a credit card. Card payment via a European payment provider follows in a later stage, GDPR-compliant and without data flowing to insecure third countries.

Are customer shop services included in the platform price?

No, and that is deliberate: the subscription of net 49 € per user per month covers the complete platform with all modules. The customer shop is the transparent way to order additional services such as training or consulting when you need them. Every service carries its own net price, so you always see exactly what was ordered on top. Access to the customer shop itself costs nothing extra.

Who can see my orders and conditions?

Only your company and DARION-AI as the provider fulfilling the order. Other customers see neither your orders nor your quotes or conditions, and tenant separation applies in the customer shop just as strictly as in the rest of the platform. Hosting is at Hetzner in Germany, and every order and every change is logged in an audit-proof way.

Catalog of additional DARION-AI services

The customer shop holds the central catalog of everything you can order from DARION-AI on top of the platform: services such as the AI training under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, consulting packages, licenses and vouchers, and physical products. DARION-AI maintains the catalog centrally, so it is always up to date without any setup on your side. You see exactly the services enabled for your company, each with a clear description and a clear price.

Order by invoice or by quote

No credit card needed to get started: you order standard services directly on invoice, and request a quote for individually priced services. A quote is valid for 14 days, and your acceptance turns it into a binding order. You keep the familiar commercial process of purchase order and invoice that you know from B2B procurement. Card payment via a European payment provider follows in a later stage.

Transparent net prices without surprises

Every service shows its net price and the applicable tax rate, and quote-only items are clearly marked as 'on request'. You know before ordering what will appear on the invoice. Important for your planning: customer shop services are deliberately listed separately from the platform subscription, so you can budget additional costs cleanly and nothing is hidden in a bundle price.

Order straight from your DARION-AI account

No separate ordering portal, no extra login: the customer shop is a module inside your DARION-AI account. Permissions control who in your company can see the catalog and who can place binding orders. Every order is logged in an audit-proof way, so purchasing and internal audit can always trace who ordered what and when.

Seamless from order to invoice

Your order confirmation starts fulfilment at DARION-AI, for a training course that means scheduling, for example. The related invoice is created automatically in the usual invoicing process and arrives as an e-invoice if you use that. You never enter anything twice, and your accounting receives clean documents instead of email attachments.

Tenant-separated and GDPR-compliant

Only your company sees your orders, quotes and conditions, tenant-separated like everything in DARION-AI. Everything is hosted at Hetzner in Nuremberg and Falkenstein, with no data flowing to insecure third countries. Every change is logged in an audit-proof way, so you stay fully accountable to auditors and internal review at any time.

Who uses this module

CEO

The EU AI Act has required demonstrable AI competence in your team since February 2025, and you want to settle the topic properly. In the customer shop you pick the AI training under Article 4, order it on invoice for the affected employees, and the invoice lands in your Finance module as usual. No quote ping-pong by email, no separate vendor comparison, and in the end the proof lives where your ISMS and compliance documentation already live.

Team lead

Your team is growing and you quickly need three additional licenses plus a consulting day for the rollout. Instead of starting an email thread, you order both in the customer shop: the licenses directly on invoice, the consulting day as a quote that DARION-AI returns with a final price. You can see the status of your orders at any time and never have to chase anyone.

Employee

You are organising onboarding and need training seats and vouchers for the new colleagues. With the right permission you select the items in the customer shop and place the order, and the defined process takes over: fulfilment by DARION-AI, invoice to accounting, audit log for internal review.
